Paige Lorenze, the ex-girlfriend of Call Me By Your Name star Armie Hammer, has shared a photo which she alleges is the result of him carving his initial into her public area.
The 34-year-old actor has been the subject of numerous disturbing allegations from former partners over the last few weeks, including claims that he harbours cannibalistic desires and a liking for extreme sexual fetishes.
Hammer spoke out when the first claims emerged, describing them as "bullshit" and "vicious", but has maintained silence since and has not been active on his public-facing social media accounts.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Hammer's 22-year-old ex-girlfriend Lorenze claimed that during a sexual encounter Hammer carved the letter 'A' into her skin near her vagina and then licked the blood from her wound.
The report is accompanied by a picture of the scar and account of their relationship from her perspective.
"He tried to rationalise it as his gesture of his commitment to us being together for the long term," she told the newspaper.
"I wasn't sure he was serious, as he looked over my body and said: 'where should I carve an A on you?' Before I could process it, he plunged the tip of the knife into my flesh just above my vagina.
"The pain was excruciating, but I did not want to seem weak, despite the discomfort.
"I froze as he smiled at his work. He then said the cut was not deep enough, even though it was about an inch - the whole tip of the blade. He said he wanted to collect a kitchen knife to make it bigger, but then as it bled, he started licking it.
"This continued for a few minutes. And I kind of blanked it all out. I was concerned that the wound was going to get infected. I had to clean it and put a bandaid on afterwards."
In a statement issued through his lawyer, Hammer strenuously insisted that the claims are "patently untrue" and that any behaviour between the pair was "completely consensual".
