Succession star Brian Cox has said that he backs creator Jesse Armstrong's decision to end the show with the next season.
Ahead of the fourth season premiere next week, Armstrong has revealed that he has decided to call time on the drama and "go out strong".
"He's very disciplined in that way, and also he's very British in that way," Cox, who plays patriarch Logan Roy, told Variety. "The American inclination is to milk it for all it's worth."
He continued: "I'll miss the cast, I'll miss the atmosphere, I'll miss the bonhomie.
"Logan, probably, I'll miss a bit. But upward and onwards."
Succession season four begins at 2am/9pm on Monday, March 27 on Sky Atlantic.
