Take a look at the trailer for the second season of Ted Lasso, due for release via Apple TV+ on July 23.

Apple has announced that the second season of acclaimed comedy Ted Lasso will be released via Apple TV+ on July 23.

The series stars Jason Sudeikis as the titular American manager of fictional Premier League side AFC Richmond, who was given the job despite having no knowledge of football and no experience of coaching outside of college-level American football.

The show scooped all of the top comedy honours at this year's Critics Choice Awards, while Sudeikis was named best actor in a comedy at both the Golden Globes and the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
