Giovanni Simeone, the son of Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone, believes that his father is "changing football".
The 18-year-old, who currently plays for River Plate in Argentina, has also claimed that Atletico "are a reflection" of the mindset of the former Argentine international.
"[My father] is changing football," he told Mundo Deportivo.
"Changing the philosophy of the game, the thoughts behind each tactic. Atletico today are a reflection of what he thinks. [For him] on the field he you go for the kill, eat at the heels of your opponents. It is amazing what he has done since joining Atletico Madrid.
"We gather in the kitchen [to watch Atleti games], except my brother who goes to watch in his room alone. He always screams before the goals because of a delay. We are almost more aware of Gianluca and his shouting than Diego Costa's goals!"
Simeone is chasing a La Liga and Champions League double with Atletico this season.
