Brentford appoint Flemming Pederson as head of philosophy.

Brentford have appointed Flemming Pedersen as their new head of philosophy.

Pedersen's role will include working alongside coaching staff as well as overseeing the club's academy.

"My new role at Brentford suits me perfectly. I am committed to working in the long-term interest of the club, and I am really looking forward to dedicating all my time to this amazing football club and its exciting vision for the future," Pedersen told the club's official website.

Flemming left German side Mainz 05 earlier this year.
