Chelsea reportedly intend to demand £27m if Inter Milan up their interest in Emerson Palmieri.
With Marcos Alonso proving to be a key man for the Blues when they play in a 3-4-3 formation, Frank Lampard is expected to favour retaining the services of the Spaniard for next season.
That leaves Palmieri in a position where he may be able to explore a return to Italy after being left out of Lampard's starting lineup for their most recent Premier League fixtures.
However, despite the full-back being linked with Inter, Tuttosport suggests that Chelsea officials have no intention of allowing the Italian giants to sign the 25-year-old for anything below his valuation.
The report points to tension between former Blues boss Antonio Conte and director Marina Granovskaia as the reason for Chelsea's alleged stance over the matter.
Palmieri has made just 53 appearances for Chelsea since signing from Roma in January 2018.
