Fulham manager Martin Jol has denied that Fulham are suffering Europa League-induced fatigue.
The Cottagers have got off to a shaky start this season, drawing 0-0 at home to Villa and losing 2-0 away to fellow Midlands side Wolves.
Speaking yesterday, Jol denied that the seven Europa games played to date had had any effect on the side's ability.
“I don’t think that’s the case at the start of the season,” he said. “Maybe in October there maybe some signs of fatigue but not at the start of the season.
"The only thing is we have to use our best players all the time but we’re in the UEFA Europa League and hopefully we’ll get through to the group stages on Thursday. I’m happy we’re in the competition."
Fulham travel to the Ukraine for the second leg against Dnipro this week.
