Andre Ayew: 'Liverpool switch a dream'

Marseille forward Andre Ayew reveals that it "would be a dream" to play for Liverpool, whom he has supported since he was a child.

Marseille winger Andre Ayew has revealed that he is a Liverpool fan and that a move to the Reds "would be a dream".

The Ghanaian, who is out of contract in the summer, has been linked with several Premier League clubs, including Liverpool's local rivals Everton.

Ayew has confirmed that he is keen on a move to England and has hinted that he would like to play at Anfield.

He is quoted by Metro as saying: "I have been with Marseille for years and they're in my heart.

"But when I was little and I was watching the Premiership I liked Liverpool and I have continued supporting them.

"It would be a dream [to play for Liverpool], but the dream is to play in the Premier League at the highest level."

Marseille are currently fourth in the Ligue 1 table.
