West Ham United's Diafra Sakho "touch and go" for Stoke City trip

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce reveals that Diafra Sakho is "touch and go" for this weekend's away match against Stoke City.

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has revealed that Diafra Sakho is "touch and go" for the Premier League trip to Stoke City.

The 24-year-old has impressed for the Hammers following his summer move from Metz after scoring in his sixth straight league game during last weekend's 2-1 victory over Manchester City.

However, Sakho emerged as an injury doubt for the London outfit after Allardyce told reporters: "We will see what he's like tomorrow and make a decision from there."

Sakho is the club's current leading scorer with seven goals.
