Romain Saiss says that he is open to leaving Wolverhampton Wanderers when his contract expires at the end of the season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Romain Saiss has revealed that he is "not closing the door" on taking a new challenge in the summer.

The 32-year-old is nearing the end of his sixth campaign at Molineux with 203 appearances having been made in all competitions during that period.

However, despite being regarded as first-choice on the left-hand side of a back three, Saiss now has just over three months remaining on his contract.

According to L'Equipe, at least seven foreign clubs are monitoring the situation, and the Morocco international admits that he is prepared to consider any offers which come his way.

Quoted by the same outlet, Saiss says: "I'm having a lot of fun in the Premier League but I'm not closing any doors. I will see the most interesting project here or elsewhere."

Real Betis, Villarreal, Wolfsburg, Marseille, Lyon, Rennes and Strasbourg are all said to be monitoring the situation.
