Kimi Raikkonen says that he has had a "bad weekend" after finishing ninth at the Canadian Grand Prix.

Lotus racer Kimi Raikkonen has expressed his frustration after what he labelled as a "bad weekend" at the Canadian Grand Prix.

The Finn, who qualified at 10th on the grid, endured a fairly uneventful race as he finished ninth in Montreal.

The 33-year-old, who equalled seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher's record of 24 consecutive points finishes with the result, admits that he is looking to move on quickly after a disappointing few days.

"Most of my race was just following the cars in front and defending from those behind, so not the most enjoyable day nor the most enjoyable result," Raikkonen told BBC Sport. "It's been a bad weekend, but at least we scored a few points."

Raikkonen has slipped to third in the Drivers' Rankings.
