McLaren, the early frontrunners for the 2025 championship, might be odds-on to dominate on track, but a Portuguese publication suggests they're facing a losing fight off it.

According to A Bola, the Woking-based outfit has lodged a 1.5 million euros lawsuit against Swedish chocolate drinks firm Huski Chocolate.

The company's logo once adorned McLaren's rear wing, but it allegedly failed to cough up 1.5 million euros of a 4.66 million euro sponsorship agreement, as per the newspaper and court filings.

The catch? McLaren may never see the cash, with Huski's parent company, Choki AB, having declared bankruptcy in January—leaving behind millions in debts and a string of unpaid partners, including McLaren.
