Red Bull receive a €30,000 fine for an unsafe release following Mark Webber's first pit stop that resulted in a cameraman being hit by a loose wheel.

Red Bull have been handed a €30,000 (£25,800) fine for an unsafe pit release at the German Grand Prix that left a cameraman in hospital.

Paul Allen was flown to Koblenz Hospital after a wheel came off Mark Webber's car when he was released from his first pit stop before one of his rear tyres had been properly fitted.

Sky Sports News has reported that the Formula One Management cameraman has sustained broken ribs and a fractured collar bone as a result of the incident.

The race stewards also gave a €5,000 (£4,300) to Force India after they released Paul di Resta's car into the path of Toro Rosso's Jean-Eric Vergne.
