Justin Rose has said that he is not overawed by the prospect of the playing the opening two rounds of this week's Open Championship with Tiger Woods.
The Englishman was drawn alongside Woods and another European favourite, Sergio Garcia, in arguably the pick of the trios for Thursday's and Friday's rounds at Royal Lytham & St Annes.
Speaking of playing alongside 14-time major winner Woods, Rose said: "I have always said Tiger is a really good playing partner because he is complimentary on good shots and is willing to have conversations.
"He really is a lot more easy-going on the course than a lot of other guys, to be honest."
Rose, Woods and Garcia begin their bid for an Open title at 9.42am on Thursday.
