Justin Rose: 'Experience can make difference at The Masters'

Justin Rose believes that he is ready to triumph at The Masters as he prepares for his 10th appearance in the first Major of the year.

Justin Rose has claimed that he has the game to clinch a green jacket as he prepares to tee off at The Masters for the 10th time on Thursday.

Rose, who will play alongside defending champion Bubba Watson in the first two rounds, has never missed a cut at Augusta National, and he believes that the experience he has gained over the years could make the difference in his bid for a second Major title.

"The course suits Rory, suits Dustin, suits obviously Bubba, suits Adam Scott. There's a few guys it suits and I'd like to think I'm one of them," the 34-year-old told reporters.

"My caddie Fooch (Mark Fulcher) thinks it's a tournament I can certainly win and I've had good experiences at Augusta. I've had painful experiences at Augusta which are valuable too.

"If you were to guarantee me a great putting week, I'd take my chances."

Rose's best Masters finish was a tie for fifth place in 2007.
