Bubba Watson has insisted that he is better prepared than he was two years ago as he looks to defend his title at The Masters this week.
In 2013, Watson was forced to settle for a tie for 50th place a year after winning at Augusta for the first time, but he is confident that he can handle the pressure of competing as defending champion.
"The media attention and the atmosphere, even a year later, you're excited about your win," the world number three told reporters. "I didn't know what to expect.
"I was scared to death of the Champions Dinner in 2013 because you're getting to sit with great champions, young and old, and have dinner with them.
"Sometimes you get away from your routine or you just use your energy in a different way. That's what I did. I don't know about the other guys, but that's what I did."
Watson will play alongside Justin Rose and Gunn Yang in the first two rounds.
