Rory McIlroy's course record at Royal Aberdeen has been beaten after just three days thanks to Felipe Aguilar's round of 63 today.
Scoring has been lower than normal this weekend at the Scottish Open, with McIlroy's 64 on Thursday one better than Sweden's Kristoffer Broberg, who held the record for just a matter of hours.
Speaking after his final round, Chile's Aguilar, who won his second European Tour title in Singapore earlier this season with a final round of 62, said: "It's pretty amazing. I haven't hit the ball that well since Singapore.
"I hit it really good, made a couple of of long putts and overall it was a really, really good round. I did not get into any trouble and the only green I missed was on the 18th because I went for the flag."
Aguilar's 63 saw him finish the tournament on four-under-par, six shots adrift of the shared overnight lead from England's Justin Rose and Scotland's Marc Warren.
