Adam Scott will head into the fourth and final round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Florida with a three-shot lead.
The 33-year-old Australian hit a one-under 71 at Bay Hill in the third round on Saturday.
Scott started the day with a seven-shot advantage over the other competitors, but he saw that lead reduced to a single stroke after he played the first five holes in two over.
However, the 2013 Masters champion staged a fightback thereafter to increase his lead to five shots with two holes remaining.
Keegan Bradley eventually reduced that to three after carding a six-under 66.
Matt Every moved himself to third place on the leaderboard with the same score, a shot further off the 27-year-old American, and tied with Jason Kokrak.
