England's Matt Ford and Ireland's Kevin Phelan head the field by one shot after the opening round of the Africa Open.
The pair, who are ranked 368th and 765th respectively in the world rankings, both completed rounds of 67 to lead five players in third.
That group included English trio David Howell, Richard Bland and John Parry, while Matthew Fitzpatrick was a shot further adrift in eighth place.
However, Andy Sullivan, who has moved up to 58th in the world rankings after winning the Joburg Open last week, could only record level-par round.
