Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry has made his first post on Twitter after joining the social networking site earlier today.
The Frenchman, who currently plays for MLS side New York Red Bulls, has set a picture of his statue outside the Emirates Stadium as the header on his profile.
The 36-year-old, who had gained over 60,000 followers less than 30 minutes after his first tweet, announced his arrival this lunchtime:
Hi this is Thierry Henry. This is my only official Twitter account. Everything posted on here will be my views. Welcome.
