Bristol City vice-chairman Jon Lansdown reveals on Twitter that a cheeky postman joked about putting the League One trophy through the letterbox.

Bristol City vice-chairman Jon Lansdown has revealed on Twitter that a 'special delivery' for him is being held at the Royal Mail offices.

The businessman has been celebrating his side winning League One, and one cheeky postman decided to join in on the fun.

On Thursday morning, Lansdown tweeted a picture of a card left by the postman, which states that the League One trophy couldn't be posted as it did not fit through the letterbox.

Lansdown accompanied the tweet with the message: "Received at home a couple of weeks ago. Who wants to help me pick up my post? @RoyalMail #BristolCity #Champions."
