Robin van Persie's new club Fenerbahce decided to mark the striker's birthday by giving him a cake.
The Dutchman, who turned 32 years old on Thursday, signed for the Turkish club last month following a three-year spell at Manchester United.
Yesterday, Van Persie cut his football-themed birthday cake in front of his teammates, including ex-United winger Nani, while in the club's dressing room.
The forward later tweeted: "Thank you for all your very kind birthday messages/video's, I'll try to see most of them. I really appreciate it! 32 & grey but loving life."
