Scarves with '6-1' print sold outside Britannia Stadium as Stoke face Liverpool

Commemorative scarves highlighting Stoke City's 6-1 win over Liverpool last season are being sold outside the Britannia Stadium ahead of their Premier League opener.

Scarves highlighting Stoke City's 6-1 win over Liverpool from last season have been on sale outside the Britannia Stadium ahead of the two teams' Premier League opener on Sunday.

The Reds capitulated at Stoke's ground back in May, going 5-0 down in the first half in what was Steven Gerrard's final match for the club.

As the two teams prepare to open their respective new campaigns, a street seller has been cashing in on that outstanding result for the Potters in the form of commemorative scarves.

Liverpool ended the 2014-15 season in sixth place, three ahead of Stoke.
