Four men have been arrested after one football fan was stabbed twice and another hospitalised on the way back from a match this afternoon.
The two men were travelling back on a supporterss bus from Kidderminster Harrier's 2-1 win over Luton Town today when a row broke out between fans on the coach and local residents.
"It led to the coach being attacked," said a police spokesman. "Then some of the supporters got off to remonstrate and a fight ensued."
The two men are being treated for non-life threatening injuries and police confirmed that four local men have been arrested over the incident, although they are not thought to be linked to the club.
Kidderminster moved top of the Blue Square Bet Premier with the win.
