David Beckham and Sir Alex Ferguson were among a number of football figures who attended the Grassroots Soccer charity gala for World AIDS Day in London on Tuesday.
Former Arsenal stars Freddie Ljungberg and Robert Pires were also among the guests, while current Gunners defender Kieran Gibbs attended with his partner.
The One Marylebone venue hosted a live auction, which included various prizes ranging from a lunch date with Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis to a session with retired tennis star Boris Becker, according to the Daily Mail.
The proceeds will be used to fund football-based health education programmes in Africa.
