Tennis stars Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova took to the court in Paris today in complete darkness.
The foursome played an exhibition doubles match at L'Espace Clacquesin ahead of the French Open as part of an experiment by global sports brand Nike.
"The court was plunged into darkness, with only the court lines, net and the players' outfits aglow in fluorescent light," the Daily Mail quotes a Nike spokesperson as saying.
The French Open will get underway on Sunday.
