Sir Chris Hoy signs up for 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' finale

Former cyclist Sir Chris Hoy will compete alongside comedian Kevin Bridges for charity in a star-studded finale of ITV game show 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?'.

Olympic cycling champion Sir Chris Hoy has joined a host of celebrities for the finale of ITV game show 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?'.

The retired cyclist will be joined by fellow Scot and comedian Kevin Bridges as they try to raise money for charity by answering questions from host Chris Tarrant.

"I'm really looking forward to taking part in the last ever episode of such an iconic game show," said Hoy.

"I'm hoping Kevin and I can put our heads together and come away with a huge cheque for our chosen charities, but I'm fully aware Chris Tarrant won't let it be an easy challenge!"

Hoy will be playing for mental health charity SAMH and children's charity UNICEF, while Bridges will donate any winnings he earns to The Euan MacDonald Centre.

The show will air on ITV at 8pm on Tuesday, February 4.
