Northampton Saints star Ben Foden has decided to take on the Gherkin Challenge in a bid to raise funds for NSPCC.
The England international will attempt to race up the stairs of the 38-floor Gherkin building in London, encouraging others to take part during the weekend of June 22-23.
"As a professional rugby player I'm used to training hard, but I've never tried tower running so the Gherkin Challenge is definitely a first for me," said Foden.
"It's a fantastic event, encouraging people to get active to help raise vital funds for the NSPCC – a charity I'm proud to support. I'm up for the challenge, are you?"
Families are invited to come along to get involved in the Everest Basecamp-themed activities on Saturday, while those who want to try to race to the top of the building can do so on Summit Sunday.
