Jonny Wilkinson admits that he will quit England when he no longer is making a "positive impact".

Jonny Wilkinson is reportedly considering hanging up his boots after England's World Cup campaign.

The 32-year-old is in the squad for England's World Cup quarter-final against France on Saturday but could be dropped from kicking duties in favour of Toby Flood.

The 2003 World Cup winner has revealed that he considers his future on a daily basis.

"That's a question you have to ask yourself every day. Are you having a positive impact?" The Express quotes Wilkinson as saying.

"If the answer is yes, the enjoyment is still there. As soon as I get the impression that's not so, or the enjoyment leaves, that's the time to stop."

England take on France at Eden Park on Saturday at 8.30am BST.
