Declan Kidney has said that he was "delighted" with Ireland's performance as they beat Scotland 32-14 in Dublin.
Ireland scored four tries to Scotland's one after their disappointing draw with France the previous week.
"I am delighted for the players after everything that has been thrown at them in the last six days," Kidney said.
"We did not panic in the second half. There were times we tried things when maybe the safest thing would have been to kick into the corner but you cannot knock ambition and that is the way we want to play.
"We will enjoy it but will not get carried away because we know we have to be in Twickenham on St Patrick's Day."
Ireland are now third in the Six Nations table with five points from four games.
