London Welsh skipper Jonathan Mills determined to keep side in Aviva Premiership

London Welsh captain Jonathan Mills says that he would accept losing a tooth for every victory in the Aviva Premiership for the Exiles.

London Welsh captain Jonathan Mills has revealed that he is willing to lose a tooth for every win if it means that his side remain in the Aviva Premiership.

The lock forward lost two teeth in a clash of heads with his own teammate Alfie To'oala in London Welsh's 25-24 win over the Exeter Chiefs at the weekend.

"I don't mind giving one for every win we get this season," said Mills. "It was quite funny how people had already written us off after our first two games, but we were playing two of the best sides in the league.

"Exeter are a quality side in their own right, but to be able to get a win at home at the Kassam was an amazing feeling for the boys. We're on the way now and hopefully we can keep moving forward."

Mills recorded his 146th appearance for the Exiles during the match on Sunday.
