New Zealand's World Cup-winning coach Graham Henry has admitted that he would consider taking up a role with the Rugby Football Union.
The 65-year-old stepped down as All Blacks coach following their 8-7 win over France in the World Cup final on Sunday.
Henry is reluctant to leave the sport and is keen to take on a development role after guiding the All Blacks to the Webb Ellis Trophy for the first time since 1987.
"Yes, I would talk to the RFU, sure. I couldn't just not do anything. I would love to help other people," Henry told The Daily Telegraph.
"I'm particularly proud about the environment we created in this All Blacks team. I would love to work in coach development, player development, environmental development, cultural development of a group of people. I'm passionate about that."
Henry has previously been touted as a candidate to replace England coach Martin Johnson.
