Ulster back-row Chris Henry believes that last season's disappointment will drive the club on to Heineken Cup success this time around.
The Irish outfit were beaten by Leinster in the final of last year's competition, but Henry has claimed that the club's stunning form will hold them in good stead this season.
"Losing the final is hard to forget and was hard to take. It was the way that we lost as well as we let the score get away from us," he told Sky Sports News.
"However we have used that memory as a positive and as an inspiration this time. We can learn from the intensity of having not only played in the final, but the quarter and semi-finals as we had a real hard battle with Munster, too."
Ulster have won 13 games in a row under the stewardship of Mark Anscombe.
