The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association have revealed that they will approach Ronnie O'Sullivan over claims that he made in his book regarding match-fixing.
The five-time world champion revealed in his autobiography that he rejected £20,000 to fix a Premier League snooker match about 10 years ago.
"We are aware of what has been said in the book and will be writing to Ronnie O'Sullivan to ask him to explain his comments," BBC Sport quotes chairman of the WPBSA Nigel Mawer as saying.
The 37-year-old wrote in his book that he was approached during a 15-minute meeting with someone that he knew in Epping Forest, Essex.
