Andy Murray handed tough route at Cincinnati Open

British number one Andy Murray faces an opening match against Mardy Fish or Viktor Troicki at next week's Cincinnati Open.

Andy Murray has been drawn in the same half of the draw as Roger Federer for next week's Cincinnati Open.

The two players will meet for a 25th time if both can come through their section of the draw, which sees Murray face either Mardy Fish or Viktor Troicki in his opening match.

Grigor Dimitrov could await in the last 16, with either US Open champion Marin Cilic or the controversial Nick Kyrgios potential opponents in the quarter-finals.

World number one Novak Djokovic is in the opposite side of the draw alongside Kei Nishikori and Stanislas Wawrinka.

British number four James Ward has been handed a tough encounter with Alexandr Dolgopolov in the first qualifying round.
