Australia's Torah Bright "very happy" with performance

Australian slopestyle snowboarder Torah Bright says that she is delighted to have qualified for the final with a good performance.

Australian slopestyle snowboarder Torah Bright has said that she is "very happy" with Thursday's performance at the Winter Olympics.

The 27-year-old qualified for the final with the second best result in Sochi.

"It was great," she told Sport-Express. "I'm very happy. As for the course, I can't say that the jumps were too high here.

"The problem was that it didn't allow the athletes to show off their best skills. The changes that were made really helped us."

Bright won gold in woman's half-pipe at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
