Ten incarnations of The Doctor are to appear in a special message for BBC One's The Big Night In broadcast tonight.
The event is a joint effort between Children In Need and Comic Relief aiming to raise funds for those affected by coronavirus and will feature a host of sketches, music performances and celebrity guests.
Incarnations of the Time Lord from both the classic and revived runs of Doctor Who will line up for a video message thanking frontline workers for their efforts in tackling the pandemic.
Fourth Doctor Tom Baker, Fifth Doctor Peter Davison, Sixth Doctor Colin Baker and Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy from the classic series, as well as Eighth Doctor Paul McGann from the TV movie, have recorded messages.
They are joined by Tenth Doctor David Tennant, Eleventh Doctor Matt Smith, Twelfth Doctor Peter Capaldi and current incarnation Jodie Whittaker, with Jo Martin - a hitherto unknown past incarnation of The Doctor revealed in the last series - also being included.
The lineup represents all living actors to have played The Doctor on TV apart from Ninth Doctor Christopher Eccleston, who has not reprised the role at any point since leaving the show in 2005.
The special message will air during The Big Night In at around 7.50pm on BBC One.
