Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh has eased concerns over a potential injury crisis hitting his side after tight end Ed Dickson limped out of practice on Sunday.
Dickson's injury came just over a week after the Ravens were hit by the news that starting tight end Dennis Pitta would miss the entire 2013 season with a hip injury, potentially leaving the reigning Super Bowl champions short in that position.
However, Harbaugh has revealed that Dickson has only suffered a slight tear in his hamstring and should be back in action within a week or so.
"We're going to hold him back for a week or so, and we'll see where we're at," Harbaugh told reporters.
"We'll try to get him healthy. It's going to be a matter of time, but it's not going to be a long time."
The Ravens begin their 2013 NFL season in 30 days' time when they face Denver Broncos on September 5.
