Buffalo Bills are poised to sign free agent quarterback Matt Leinart, according to a report.
The 30-year-old has been without a team since being released by the Oakland Raiders last season.
Injuries to first round draft pick EJ Manuel and Kevin Kolb have forced Doug Marrone into action to bring a veteran quarterback to the club in the form of former 10th overall pick Leinart, reports NFL.com.
Buffalo face the Detroit Lions in their final pre-season game next week.
