Buffalo Bills general manager Doug Whaley has warned offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson that he only has one chance with the club.
The Bills selected the 22-year-old in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft despite his off-the-field problems which have included multiple failed drug tests during his college days with the Miami Hurricanes, as well as another one at the NFL combine.
"We've talked to Seantrel and he knows that he's got one shot," Whaley told ESPN. "We're saying we'll give you this one shot.
"It has nothing to do with us saying this guy is a talented football player; he's been dealing with some demons.
"Hopefully those demons are out of his life and why not give somebody — this is America — give somebody a chance."
Buffalo traded up to select Sammy Watkins with the fourth overall pick in the first round of the Draft.
