Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman has urged his side to bounce straight back from their disappointing heavy defeat to Philadelphia Eagles.
The Bears need to beat the Green Bay Packers on Sunday to win the NFC North, which Trestman said should provide the players with the motivation they need.
"We're going to put it behind us today and move forward," Trestman told the Bears' official website. "We've got a tremendous opportunity on Sunday. As I said to the players, if we walked into the locker room in April in the first OTA and said we'd be playing for the NFC North on the last day of the season, we would have taken it.
"Now we've got that opportunity. We've got to have good amnesia. We've got to come in here on Wednesday and do the things we have to do to get ready for the Packers, and that's what we'll do."
The Bears managed 10-6 last season, but are only 8-7 this campaign.
