Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jack Crawford has revealed that it was a special experience for him to play in front of a home crowd in the International Series at Wembley Stadium.
London-born Crawford tasted victory in his first match at Wembley as Jason Garrett's side recorded a 31-17 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, while the 27-year-old marked the occasion with his second quarterback sack of the season.
Crawford told reporters: "It was a once in a lifetime experience for me. I never thought that I would be going to America playing in American football. And then back here one day playing in front of my friends and family. It was special for me. And it's a once in a lifetime experience.
"Every defensive lineman dreams about getting a sack, a fumble, in front of his family and friends. And the fact that it happened tonight just made it so much more special. It's a great day, playing in Wembley in front of my friends and family, it was an experience that I will never forget."
The Cowboys moved to 7-3 in their season with their victory at Wembley.
