John Fox has praised Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick's "explosive" style of play.
The 33-year-old has completed 832 passing yards and 187 rushing yards in the first three games of the NFL season.
The Denver Broncos head coach told reporters: "In Atlanta he was kind of a run, play-action quarterback as well. I think with the advent of the read-option in college football and now coming to our league, it fits him perfectly.
"He's explosive. He's going to have as many explosive runs as any quarterback in the league I would expect. I guess they're the number one rushing team now, two weeks in a row for us. But he's operating that offense very well.
"I likened [Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle] Pryor a week ago to a young Michael Vick. I think he's got a lot of talent, he throws the ball very well. So there should be some carry over and that can work for you or against you."
The Broncos face the Eagles this Sunday.
