Gus Bradley has said that the Jacksonville Jaguars made a "good step" during their 37-13 loss to the New York Jets last night.
The AFC South side are yet to record a win in pre-season, having lost to the Miami Dolphins last week.
The head coach told reporters: "We're trying to figure out what our personality is going to be once we get into the regular season. This was a good step.
"I thought the offense did a nice job with tempo. We've talked about being a team that can change the tempo of a game and the tempo of our offense by series. I thought we did a nice job in the first half.
"With our second and third group, we have to learn how to finish. We had far too many penalties, far too many penalties. That was an emphasis this week. But I think we have to re-emphasise it."
The Jaguars face the Philadelphia Eagles next week.
