Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is adamant that his club "care" about the well-being of offensive tackle Jonathan Martin amid the bullying scandal surrounding the team.
Martin left the club two weeks ago amid reports that he was being bullied by his teammate Richie Incognito, who has been suspended by the Dolphins in light of the situation.
"What's going on is something that couldn't have been a worse nightmare," Ross told reporters.
"The most important thing is, we care about Jonathan Martin. I have reached out to Jonathan Martin, I have texted him, we have communicated via text, and I plan to meet with him in person very shortly."
The Dolphins face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers later today.
