The Indian Wells Masters may not have finished yet, but for all players not competing in the latter stages of that Masters tournament, preparations are already well underway for the second half of the Sunshine Double.
Following the conclusion of the BNP Paribas Open in California, the world's best will make the near 3,000-mile trip to Florida for the 2025 Miami Open, another prestigious 1000 tournament at ATP and WTA level.
First held in 1985, when Tim Mayotte and Martina Navratilova came up trumps in the singles events, the competition celebrates its 40th birthday this year, and hundreds of hopefuls will soon descend on the hard courts of the Hard Rock Stadium.
Here, Sports Mole runs down everything you need to know about this year's Miami Open, including confirmed players, dates and the prize money on offer.

Jannik Sinner is the current men's singles champion at the Miami Open, having defeated Grigor Dimitrov 6-3 6-1 in the 2024 final, but the world number one will not be defending his title this year due to his doping suspension.
However, home favourite Danielle Collins will be aiming to make it back-to-back titles after beating Elena Rybakina 7-5 6-3 in last year's championship match, which was the American's first WTA 1000 crown.

A star-studded contingent of players will be wowing crowds in Miami over the next fortnight, where all seeded players receive a bye into the second round, and the men's draw is headlined by Alexander Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz.
Novak Djokovic is also competing in Florida, as the Serbian chases his first singles title of the year and his 100th overall on the ATP Tour, while Jack Draper - into the semi-finals at Indian Wells - will fly the flag high for Great Britain.
Cameron Norrie joins Draper as one of two British men in the main draw, where Australia's Nick Kyrgios - if he can shake off his injury from Indian Wells - and Japanese veteran Kei Nishikori will also be going for glory.
Meanwhile, Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff, Jasmine Paolini, Rybakina and teenage phenom Mirra Andreeva - set to face Sabalenka in the Indian Wells final - are among the main contenders for the women's singles title, as well as current holder Collins.
Despite a premature exit from the BNP Paribas Open, Emma Raducanu will play in the women's main draw alongside British number one Katie Boulter, while two-time Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova enters as a wild card.
