New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton has admitted that his side will need to improve if they are to beat the Seattle Seahawks in Saturday's playoff match.
The Saints return to CenturyLink Field just five weeks after being thrashed 34-7 there by the Seahawks in a match that saw New Orleans make just 188 yards - the lowest total in the Payton-Drew Brees era.
Payton acknowledged that a repeat performance would not be good enough from his side this weekend, and is working on things to give them the best possible opportunity of pulling off the victory.
"I think there are a number of things we've got to do better, just handling the early portion of the game," Payton told reporters.
"There are certain things in playoff football – or for that matter just playing on the road - that you have to give yourselves an opportunity. I think that we are working hard to do that."
The winners of Saturday's match will face either the San Francisco 49ers or the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Championship match on January 19.
