New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis reveals that he will "definitely" play in his side's divisional clash with the Seattle Seahawks despite suffering a concussion.

New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis has revealed that he will "definitely" be playing against the Seattle Seahawks in his side's divisional round playoff clash.

Lewis sustained a concussion in his side's win over the Philadelphia Eagles in the third quarter of their wildcard clash and wasn't allowed to return, but he is confident that he will be available on Saturday.

"I'll definitely be out there," Lewis told the Baton Rouge Advocate. "I'll be ready to go."

The Seahawks hammered the Saints in their week 13 clash earlier this season.
