New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin feels that his side have been "manhandled" in their three NFL games so far this season.
The Giants have started their season 0-3 following defeats to the Dallas Cowboys, the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers, where they failed to score a single point in a 38-0 hammering.
"It's a different story when you're getting your butt kicked. I think the effort was there. Of course, there's no result to show for it," Coughlin said in a press conference.
"The defense gave good effort, special teams gave good effort. The offense was giving the effort. We're just getting manhandled."
Coughlin's side face the Kansas City Chiefs in week four.
