New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie has praised the performances of Buffalo Bills quarterback EJ Manuel at the start of his NFL career.
Manuel earned his first career win last week when he guided his team downfield and threw a strike in the endzone for Stevie Johnson to beat the Carolina Panthers.
Cromartie told the club's official website: "He's a guy who's not going to turn the ball over. He's a very confident guy who understands what he wants to do.
"He's a guy that wants to make sure he takes control of his offense, and that's exactly what he's been doing these past few games."
The Jets and Bills are both 1-1 going into week three.
